Good /decent working conditions usually make you enjoy going to work,in a more relaxed environment.You also feel more like working well and give better service.Most companies these days only carry a certain amount of permanent staff/workforce,the rest being made up by casual /agency labour,this can be dumped at any time should an economic downturn or resizing be needed,whilst still maintaining a core of permanent workers to keep things going as they should.The casual /agency workers are just cannon fodder to be discarded,in many cases they are not even allowed to use the same facilities,and therefore ,their loyalty and attitude is representative of these facts.There are ,of course ,good agencies to work for,that provide boots ,helmets, work clothing etc and perks like travel expenses,bonuses ,christmas boxes and other treats , to engender loyalty and staff tenure ,of the better and smarter worker.Some companies run their own employment agencies and when needing further permanent staff,they have the performance records available of the agency workers, so they can select the best that are available,a well proven staff selection method.Good conditions at work enable a more relaxed family life also,you can return home more relaxed and more than ready to tackle life outside the job.
