Why all the insults from this guy??

Okay I saw thsi guy for a month. He would call mostly when he was drunk btu also when he was sober. I met him at the bar when we were drunk. Lets say we got kinda busy and did stuff. Well after about a month he calls to tell me he is leaving town and moving away and its about his family and that and he wont tell me exactly where. he says if I come over we will talk about it. Well he beats around the busch and I never get a straight answer on anything. I was sad he was leaving and I was worried about him as well as myself never getting to see him again.So maybe he sensed that so he goes "Ill still call u the next night and the next" I asked if we were over and he said no and that if we ever were over he would tell me. Well in the morning he says no he really is nto leaving town and that I can call and that I am just being ignorant. Okay i was at a loss about what was going on. So I waited a week and emailed him. Well he always told me I was hot everytime he called me drunk or not to see him. So I said if he ever came back to town to please call me I would like to see him again and that I would try to stay hot for him. he goes in emails to me "You are nto hot at all. Nobody thinks yourre hot. You look like you have down syndrome." Oh it was awful I cried so much. I told him nto to say another mean thign to me. he says I do not come close to any of the girls on his facebook page and to leave him alone, stop writing him, and that he will never see me again or call me wehn he gets back into town. I emailed him for awhile to try and figure out where he was or what was going on. He stayed off facebook for awhile at the time. Once I stopped emailing him for 3 weeks I got a text that said "Stop emailing me." That day he logged on and updated his facebook profile to drunk. Has this guy lost it?????
