At what age, exactly, do men mature??

I had to go to Wal-Mart on the 26th to get trash bags and tampons and some drunk hillbilly was there buying a gun with a gift card and when he saw that the only 2 things I was purchasing were tampons and trash bags he ACTUALLY asked me if the trash bags were to cover my furniture with for the next 5-10 days. He was like 40. Charming, huh?
