Best cam and lifters (size and brand to put in a 72 400 sbc?

I have a 72 chevy 400 small block out of a 72 caprice and I am wondering about what size and brand cam I need to put in it for a nice thumb. It is factory other then a 4 bbl edelbrock and and a 4 bbl wieland intake
