Are Water molecules created in the core of Supernova stars?

No. Water molecules cannot exist at temperatures above a couple thousand degrees. Water molecules usually form from hydrogen and oxygen atoms in interstellar molecular clouds. Most of the oxygen in interstellar space comes from the planetary nebula at the death of lower m stars that are too small to go supernova. The hydrogen comes from the Big Bang.
