I just bought a male to male VGA cable to connect my computer to my tv and the computer booting loading scre..

screens come up but after they have finished loading the screen goes black and a text saying Out Of Range appears. In between each loading screen it would say out of range but it would soon disappear and the next loading screen would come up. I do nto understand why it can show the loading screens but not the user selection screen. Has anyone had the same problem? If so, how did you find a solution?
