Hey, when I was about 13 I was a little overweight so i decided to lose my fat which I did and then at 15 I became a little scrawny and started going to the gym, now at 16 I'm a bit toned but still pretty skinny. I want to get big and muscular, and I have got some protein shake but will this alone work??? What can i do or eat other than the protein shakes to become big??
