I have pain in my neck and chest on right side and it gets worse when I bend over?

I had this pain once before a few weeks ago it was accompanied by pain in my ear as well. Sometimes the pain in my chest feels like water running(which is actually not painful-just weird feeling) other times it radiates into my right arm. When I bend over to pick something up it feels as if my head is going to pop off-and certain ways I turn my neck is painful. The pain is not unbearable, however once in awhile it is sharper than other times. It just feels mostly like jabs. I realize I need to make an appt with my MD but I recently lost my insurance due to going back to school full time. A little background Hx: My real father has angina and his father has some kind of cardiac issues-my mother ped away recently her autopsy stated MI, and unknown atheroscl vascular disease--she had never had S&S of either before she died--she was admitted for acute pancreatitis.
