Shop lifted from kohls 6 years ago, could i still get a job there?

When i was 13 i shoplifted from kohls, i got caught, and had to do comm. service, it was taken off my record though, now im badly in need of a job, kohls is hiring all over the city i live in, could i still get a job there, or would they have me in some kind of database?
