What are good breakfast foods for diabetics?

I was actually diagnosed with gestational diabetes three weeks ago my blood glucose gets kind of high after breakfast only, lately i have ben eating eggs and sausage but i cant find a yummy cereal or a sugar free yogurt stuff like that. I really miss the sweet stuff .
