When is the best time to have a baby?

Are you really sure you want to take on another pregnancy due to the last one? I would be awfully scared with the pre-eclampsia with this child also. I don't need to tell you all this you already know with your schooling. I would seriously think about all the medical issues and ask myself if it is worth it because you could die trying to have this one and leave your husband with 3 children and no mother. I wanted more children after my last one but I wasn't willing to risk dying for one to leave behind.
