Boy Trouble PLEASE Help!!!!!??

I have 3 guy friends and i have known 1 for about 3 yrs. which is how long he has been crushing on me, which is what he is still doing.But, I don't like him in a boyfriend way.I met my other 2 guy friends through him b/c they r also his friends.Then I ended up dating 1, but we broke up like 2months after dating.And now I like the other friend of ours.But I don't know what 2 do b/c I don't want 2 wreck their friendship or look bad 2 my admirer/friend or my ex bf.Most of all i dont want 2 get a bad name but i really do like him. What should I do, PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!
