How do I ask "may I take your photograph" in French and in German?

I am traveling to France, Switzerland and Germany as a photographic excursion and I would like to know how to ask permission to take a person's picture in the languages spoken there. Obviously Google Translate has offered possible answers, but I never rely solely machine translation if I can help it.
