I use Amcap webcam. how can I send a video email.video emailing option asks MAPI enabled mail prog.what is it?

I use VP EYE software fr Amcap webcam. when going to send video email, it asks for MAPI enabled mailing prog. Plz tell me as to how can I send a video email? when tried to send thru MS Outlook, outlook blocks this email. how can it be enabled. Plz anyone...
