If I get my engine strengthened on my 04' Acura TL can I get a custom fabricated twin turbo built for it?

wondering if my TL, noone makes turbo or twin turbos for it, could get a custom turbo or twin made for it? And if so what's it likely to cost? I've got the extra cash from a lawsuit to do it. Love my car and jus want to make it faster. Already have i/h/e done so far
