Where can I find the last few pok�mon for my Sinnoh dex. in pok�mon Diamond?

Hi, I was wondering, i've just beat the elite four on Pok�mon Diamond and I have just 2 missing pok�mon for my Sinnoh Dex. Where can I find #59 and #115 and what are the pok�mons names? Thanks.
